Charlize Theron Jimmy Kimmel

Charlize Theron stars as a sexy, intriguing and compelling lead character in her films. She’s an actress that has captivated audiences for her amazing performances. If you are looking for some hot and sizzling films, then look no farther than Theron. Here, you’ll find some of her finest films.

The first movie that I will discuss is known as the Burning Plain. This is a movie starring Charlize Theron, who played the role of lawyer Vitelli in the movie. This role was done in 1995 and the film itself lasted for three seasons. The movie is about a young girl who goes into a mental institution after she is accused of involvement in a series of murders. Because of the fact that she was”mentally unstable”, the guards away from the mental institution don’t allow her to leave. She later finds herself in a burning plane, and here, she must confront her enemies.

In the next movie, Charlize Theron again stars as Vitelli, this time in a biopic about jazz musicians. This film was directed by Guy Ritchie, who at the time was nominated for an Academy Award for his contribution to the film Fantastic Four. The movie did not get any Oscar nominations but it did acquire three Golden Globes for Best Picture and Best Director. Following the award, director Wes Anderson said he would love to have been picked for an Oscar instead of Charlize Theron. He further stated that he believes that the film deserves the award instead of Charlize Theron.

The next film which I will discuss will be Ghost Town. This is one film that I consider to be one of my favorites from the seventies, if not the entire decade. It stars Roger Ebert and Gene Wilder as a pair who rob a bank in order to feed their hungry family. There is some strong acting involved as well as some great one-liners in this film.

The next film on the list is Annabelle: The Movie. This is the second movie starring Charlize Theron, the first being Monster. While I enjoyed the first movie more than I liked the second, I feel that the next one was less successful. But I will not mention any of that because I wish to concentrate on the lead character of Annabelle, which I found to be incredibly sad. I’ve always liked the role of Annabelle, which is a little known story about a young woman who’s left paralyzed as a child because of a freak accident that occurs in a clinic.

This was another film I was pleasantly surprised by, although it did not receive the same critical acclaim as the previous film. However, despite the missing critical acclaim, it went on to make over $1 billion worldwide, which is fairly impressive. Regardless of what your stance might be on the topic, I am certain the United Nations Messenger will make its way to at least a few awards at this year’s Oscars.

Another possible Oscar contender is Spy, which stars Matt Damon and directed by Ben Affleck. In my view, Spy ranks up there with The United Nations Messenger and Annabelle: The Movie, but I have to admit that I was a little underwhelmed by this movie. It’s mostly in the same genre as those two movies, but it just did not fulfill the standards of those 2 movies.

Finally, there’s another potential Oscar contender that I am very curious about, that’s the play The Shape of Water. This film stars Michael Douglas, kaleidoscope director Jordan Vogler, and led by Scott Affleck. The Shape of Water received rave reviews from just about any review site and blog that were written about it, and it received a number one rating at Rotten Tomatoes, which is always a good sign. I expect this film to get several Oscar nominations, and I also expect it to win Best Picture at the Oscars in the upcoming year.
