Charlize Theron Oscar 2004

Charlize Theron stars as a sexy, intriguing and compelling lead character in her films. She is an actress that has captivated audiences for her amazing performances. If you are looking for some hot and sizzling films, then look no farther than Theron. Here, you will discover some of her finest films.

The first movie I am going to discuss is called The Burning Plain. This is a film starring Charlize Theron, who played the role of attorney Vitelli in the movie. This role was done in 1995 and the movie itself lasted for three seasons. The film is about a young woman who goes to a mental institution after she’s accused of involvement in a series of murders. Because of the fact that she was”mentally unstable”, the guards outside the mental institution don’t allow her to depart. She later finds herself in a burning plane, and here, she must confront her enemies.

In the next film, Charlize Theron again stars as Vitelli, this time at a biopic about jazz musicians. This movie was directed by Guy Ritchie, who at the time was nominated for an Academy Award for his contribution to the movie Fantastic Four. The movie did not get any Oscar nominations but it did win three Golden Globes for Best Picture and Best Director. After the award, director Wes Anderson stated that he would love to have been chosen for an Oscar instead of Charlize Theron. He further stated that he believes that the movie deserves the award instead of Charlize Theron.

The next film that I will talk will be Ghost City. This is one film that I believe to be one of my favorites out of the seventies, if not the entire decade. It stars Roger Ebert and Gene Wilder as a pair who rob a bank so as to feed their starving family. There is some strong acting involved in addition to some great one-liners in this film.

The next Movie on the list is Annabelle: The Movie. This is the second film starring Charlize Theron, the first being Monster. While I enjoyed the first movie more than I enjoyed the second, I feel that the next one was successful. But I won’t mention any of that because I want to concentrate on the lead character of Annabelle, which I found to be incredibly sad. I’ve always liked the role of Annabelle, which is a little known story about a young girl who is left paralyzed as a kid because of a freak accident that occurs in a clinic.

This was another film I was pleasantly surprised by, although it didn’t get the same critical acclaim as the previous film. However, despite the lacking critical acclaim, it went on to make over $1 billion worldwide, which is fairly impressive. Regardless of what your stance might be on the topic, I am certain that The United Nations Messenger will make its way to at least a few awards at this year’s Oscars.

Another potential Oscar contender is Spy, which stars Matt Damon and directed by Ben Affleck. In my opinion, Spy ranks up there with The United Nations Messenger and Annabelle: The Movie, but I have to admit I was a bit underwhelmed by this movie. It is largely in the same genre as those two films, but it just did not live up to the standards of those two movies.

Finally, there’s another possible Oscar contender that I am very curious about, that’s the drama The Shape of Water. This film stars Michael Douglas, kaleidoscope director Jordan Vogler, and directed by Scott Affleck. The Shape of Water received rave reviews from nearly every review website and blog that were written about it, and it received a number one rating at Rotten Tomatoes, which is always a good sign. I expect this film to receive several Oscar nominations, and I also expect it to win Best Picture at the Oscars in the upcoming year.
